Erik ten Hag has provided an injury update over the status of Manchester United winger Antony.
Antony was stretchered off for Manchester United against Chelsea on Thursday night and did not feature in the matchday squad against Fulham at the weekend.
With the FA Cup final set to take place next Saturday, Antony faces a race against time to get fit.
Manager Erik ten Hag has provided an optimistic update on the Brazilian winger.

Ten Hag on Antony
The Manchester United manager has indicated Antony could be part of his plans at Wembley.
Ten Hag told club media: “We’ve all seen how he came off and it didn’t look great but the first assessment is not too bad, there is a good opportunity he is available for the cup final next week.”
He separately told BBC Sport: “He probably will be available for the cup final next week.”

Despite Ten Hag’s comments, Antony was seen arriving at Old Trafford on crutches, per the video below:
This may simply have been a precaution, with Antony advised not to put any weight on his ankle.
Manchester United will do everything to get the big money winger available for the fixture against City, knowing he has a few weeks of rest to come after the game.
