Tahith Chong has been sold by Manchester United to Birmingham City, the Championship club announced.
Chong follows James Garner in clinching a deadline day switch away from Manchester United on a permanent deal.
The Dutch winger spent last season on loan at Birmingham, a stint which was cut short by injury.
He did enough to impress them during his time at the club, they have now signed him to a four-year deal.

Chong leaves Manchester United
Chong’s exit shows the value of a good loan spell. His performance last season have earned him this move.
Previous loans at Werder Bremen and Club Brugge had not seen the fans take to him in the same way as Birmingham’s did last season.
Chong went on pre-season tour with United, getting a chance to try and impress manager Erik ten Hag.
A disappointing display in a friendly against Rayo Vallecano underlined that he wasn’t ready for the United first team, and he did not make any of the match day squads in the Premier League.
Speaking to Birmingham’s website, Chong said: “I am excited to be back. Especially after last season, I have always felt Birmingham City had been my second home.
“It’s nice because I came in, I know everyone already. Seeing familiar faces. Everyone at the club, the staff, the players and the fans – everyone made me feel so welcome, a family club.
“I feel ready to go. I am very excited to get going. It’s great to be back.”
United signed Chong as a teenager from Feyenoord and he bounced back from a serious knee injury suffered early in his Red Devils career.
BBC Sport report United will receive a £1.5 million transfer fee for Chong.
