Manchester United are back in action this weekend when they take on a red-hot Brighton & Hove Albion side at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils are currently expected to include deadline day signing Sofyan Amrabat in their squad for the game according to James Ducker of The Telegraph.
The Moroccan midfielder looks set to add the midfield steel that United and Erik ten Hag has been looking for and you wonder if the 27-year-old will be drafted straight into the first-team squad to sort out these issues.
Amrabat joined the club on deadline day for an initial loan which will become permanent next summer if United decides to trigger the buy option in the midfielder’s contract.

Martinez doubt
According to the same report from The Telegraph, Lisandro Martinez is a doubt for United in this game due to the injury he picked up in the 3-1 defeat against Arsenal.
The Argentine had to be replaced midway through the second half for Harry Maguire but the Argentine was included in Lionel Scaloini’s squad for the international games.
The former Ajax defender did not feature in these international games so the injury may well be worse than initially feared.
Who will replace Martinez
If the injury keeps the defender out of this huge match against Roberto De Zerbi’s side then it would seem likely that Maguire may well start his first game of the new season.
MORE UNITED STORIES
The injury sustained by Raphael Varane, which kept him out of the Arsenal game, may well keep him out of this game, too.
The French defender has been superb for United so far this season but it seems that Maguire will line up alongside Victor Lindelof at the heart of the Red Devil’s defence.
The loss of Martinez would be a big blow for United and the hope will be that it is just a small issue and he will be fit to face Bayern Munich next week.
