Sofyan Amrabat agent celebrates deal

Sofyan Amrabat’s unveiled as a Manchester United player was celebrated by his agent Mel Boustatsi.

Boustatsi wrote on Instagram how proud he was to see Amrabat seal his dream move, delighted his patience paid off, with decisions made to turn down multiple offers from other clubs.

His message read: “You had a dream in which you saw yourself playing under the lights in The Theatre of Dreams.

“You put your trust in me to make that dream a reality. For 15 years we have been on this journey together, during which we saw you grow from a young boy with raw talent and a passion for football, to the man you are today; a World Class player.

“After your performances at the World Cup, the biggest stage of all, the whole world was calling your name. They all saw what I always knew, your talent was undeniable.

“My belief in you has never changed. Even during the last three tough months, in which we had so many obstacles, you turned down every club that came, because you had faith that your dream would come true. One club.

“We made it brother, a promise kept and a dream realized. The Theatre of Dreams awaits.”

Amrabat desire has already made him a fan favourite

Sofyan Amrabat’s arrival has been celebrated for two reasons by Manchester United fans. Firstly, he fills a key position of need, which has been found wanting so far this season. There is a hope he can make a significant impact on the pitch.

The other aspect of this, is the way Amrabat fought for this move. He could have stayed at Fiorentina, or signed for another club. Alfredo Pedulla reported Liverpool were one of the clubs he rejected, along with opportunities to move to the Saudi Pro League.

Amrabat has landed the move he wanted, and he will be absolutely determined to make it work now he is here.

His agent’s comments underline how hard he fought for the move. If the midfielder plays with the same commitment and passion on the pitch, he will be a big success at Old Trafford.
