Paul Pogba sparks confusion in Argentina after being pictured training on River Plate's Instagram account
Paul Pogba is seemingly set to leave Manchester United when his contract expires at the end of June, and he is strongly fancied to sign with former club Juventus, Gazzetta Dello Sport.
But there was confusion this week in another corner of the world, when Pogba popped on River Plate’s Instagram account.

Pogba was training in Miami to keep fit ahead of his potential summer move. But not to River Plate.
He was alongside River Plate midfielder Juan Quintero, formerly of Porto, who he used to play against in under-20 competitions, and also at international friendlies, and they have maintained a friendship off the pitch.
River simply decided to share the video to show what Quintero was up to, and surprise their followers by including Paul Pogba too.
But as South American outlet BolaVIP report, River Plate supporters became quite excited by seeing Pogba, and soon pictures were mocked up of the midfielder in the club’s jersey.
For many Manchester United fans, sending Pogba to Argentina would be just far enough away so his disappointing spell at the club could be quickly forgotten about.
Pogba failed to win a single Champions League knockout game he appeared in, from seven attempts, during his six seasons at Old Trafford, and only played more than 30 league games in a season once.
A fresh start is in the best interests for Pogba, and for United. It just won’t be with River Plate, who despite their nickname of Los Millonarios, could not afford him.
