Manchester United are back in Premier League action this weekend when they host Southampton at Old Trafford.

We started getting back on track with the 4-1 victory over Betis and now the task is to win our last league match before the international break.

Erik ten Hag went with a strong team for that game, going unchanged from the Anfield defeat, so there might not be too many changes here.

David de Gea will start in goal and Lisandro Martinez is almost guaranteed to play in front of him.

Raphael Varane may get a rest here, but given Ten Hag has the scope to rotate in midweek now, we’ve got him down to play here.

We’ve got changed to the defence, with both full-backs changing from Thursday’s win. Aaron Wan-Bissaka made the team better at half-time and could start here.

Luke Shaw had been looking slightly leggy lately and we’ve got Tyrell Malacia coming into the team to add some spark down the left.

There is not much Ten Hag can do to change his midfield and we do not yet know how fit Marcel Sabitzer will be for this one.

That means we’ve got Casemiro, Fred and Bruno Fernandes continuing in midfield, in the continued absence of Christian Eriksen and Donny van de Beek.

Jadon Sancho could come in on the right hand side of the front three, but Antony scored in midweek so it would be harsh to drop him.

Marcus Rashford is a shoo-in to start and it is most likely he starts off the left hand side, with Wout Weghorst leading the line despite Anthony Martial being back on the training pitch.
