Manchester United are back in Premier League action this weekend with a trip to face bitter rivals Liverpool at Anfield.

The Red Devils are going in search of a first win at the group since January 2016, when Louis van Gaal was the manager and Wayne Rooney netted the only goal of the game.

Erik ten Hag made changes for the midweek win over West Ham United but the Dutchman’s best team will be back out there for this one.

Ten Hag has already said that Luke Shaw and Jadon Sancho should be back for this one, having missed the midweek win.

David de Gea played in midweek and he is going to start again here, going in search of his 182nd clean sheet for United.

The entire back four from Wednesday should be changed, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane as well as Shaw coming back in.

Casemiro and Fred should take Scott McTominay and Marcel Sabitzer’s spot in midfield, with Bruno Fernandes back in possession of the armband.

There is a decision to be made over whether to bring Sancho back into the starting line-up, but we think Ten Hag will stick with Antony on the right.

The Brazilian is more of a natural on the right of the front three and works exceptionally hard, which will be vital up against a Liverpool side who like to throw their full-backs forward.

Wout Weghorst should continue through the middle and what better place to get his first Premier League for United than Anfield.

Marcus Rashford will play here, even if it feels harsh to drop Alejandro Garnacho to the bench after his midweek masterclass.

But what an impact sub the Argentine could be, and Ten Hag has used his bench to swing games United’s way regularly this season.
