Manchester United are yet to officially reveal their home strip for next season but it has been spotted on sale.
The following images were posted online, confirming that the widely thought mock up of the shirt – red with black stripes – was accurate.
The shirt’s dark scheme is sure to divide.
It could be that United are waiting for their next signing before officially unveiling their new strip.
United are rumoured to be wearing black shorts next season too in a controversial move. Since their return to adidas, there has been divided opinion over the quality of the shirts; generally, the away shirts have been the nicer, and the retro range launched by the manufacturer has proven to be hugely popular.
The club released their blue away shirt for next season earlier in the summer and then also announced the release of a limited edition shirt that was priced at £99, clearly unafraid of the controversy caused by over-priced shirts.
