Photos: Erik ten Hag leads first Manchester United training session
The first pictures of Erik ten Hag’s first training session at Manchester United have been released.
Ten Hag and his coaching staff were seen at Carrington addressing the players, with the first group reported for thew new season.
The players returning included Anthony Martial, Jadon Sancho and Luke Shaw, while Alejandro Garnacho even reported early even though he was not due back for another week.
The Times reported Ten Hag put the players through a ‘mammoth’ first session as he put the group through their paces.
Assistant coach Steve McClaren was also seen pictured back at Carrington for the first time in two decades.
Ten Hag looked both serious and relaxed as he spoke to the players and outlined his vision for the season ahead.
Assistant coach Mitchell van der Gaag was also pictured supporting Ten Hag.
