Marcus Rashford seemed to get every single decision wrong in Manchester United’s draw with Atletico Madrid.
Eventually he was put out of his misery. Having survived the first raft of substitutions, Rashford was taken off for Anthony Elanga, who went on to score the equaliser.

Scholes says Rashford trying too hard
Paul Scholes told BT Sport’s post-game coverage that Rashford is committing a cardinal sin of trying too hard to change the game by himself.
Scholes said: “He is too anxious, when he gets the ball he thinks he has to produce something magical.
“That’s the worst thing you can do. He has got to calm himself down, work himself into games. His form will come back.
“I don’t think he didn’t work hard tonight I think it was the anxiety in him.”
Rashford frequently gave the ball away in the final third and his one long range shot ballooned over the crossbar.
Scholes added that he wants more senior leaders in side to help Rashford out and coach him through games, as instructions from the manager are clearly failing.
Rashford failed to registered a shot on target or create a chance, and completed just 71 per cent of his passes.
The England international looked frustrated with himself and he does not appear to be enjoying football at all. His body language as he walked off the pitch looked like a defeated player.

Anthony Elanga’s fearless play is at complete odds with Rashford’s fearful performances, and the young Swede is close to overtaking him in the starting line-up.
Rashford did not play at the weekend against Leeds, and this was a real opportunity for him, which he squandered.
United need him to pick up his previous form, but we haven’t seen it all season. Rashford looks like a shadow of the player he once was.
