Like Paul Pogba, Scott McTominay has enjoyed success in Italy after leaving Manchester United.
Scott McTominay was voted MVP in Serie A after his debut season, in which he helped Napoli win the Italian league title.
Napoli have been unable to replicate those heights this season, with Inter Milan set to be crowned Serie A champions after running away with the title race.
Still, McTominay is considered a key player under Antonio Conte at Napoli.

Paul Pogba not surprised to see Scott McTominay thrive under Antonio Conte
Paul Pogba came through United’s academy before making his breakthrough at Juventus under Conte.
In the two years Pogba spent under Conte, Juventus won the league twice, so they had a good relationship.
Conte achieved his fifth Serie A title as a coach last season with Napoli, after signing McTominay, who played an influential role in the achievement.
After being asked what has worked so well for McTominay in Italy, Pogba told the Rio Ferdinand Presents podcast: “Antonio Conte.
“Believe me or not, when I saw that Scott would go to Napoli with Antonio Conte, I said, ‘watch. Conte will love him because he has everything that Conte loves.’
“We play, we’re teammates. He’s a hard worker. Discipline. He trains always like he plays. He’s somebody that you know you need to have in your team, that he will give everything, you know, you need someone like that.”
Conte continues to get the best out of McTominay, but Napoli are currently sitting third in the Serie A table.
They share the same number of points (66) as AC Milan in second.

Paul Pogba compares Scott McTominay to Darren Fletcher
McTominay has scored 20 Serie A goals in his first two seasons with Napoli.
In that time, Napoli’s strikers have struggled in front of goal, including Rasmus Hojlund, who is on loan from United this season.
His ability to score goals drew praise from Pogba, who also compared the Scotland international to Darren Fletcher.
“He was kind of like [Darren] Fletcher,” Pogba said. “And Scott knows how to score goals. Scott, Fletch [they] knew how to score goals too. Scott scores goals, scores a lot of goals. In training, he always scores, you know.
“And I was like, with Conte, he will make him run, and he likes to run. He’s strong. Italian football, they’re not too strong. I think it will work. Believe me or not, that’s what I said. And I know Conte.”
