Paul Parker has issued a stern warning to Manchester United before they travel to face Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday.
Ruben Amorim is hoping to record back-to-back wins in the Premier League for the first time when Manchester United take on Liverpool.
United will go into the game as underdogs since Liverpool are the reigning champions, but Arne Slot’s side is winless in their last three matches across all competitions.
However, there have been many faults with United this season, and they will need a lot to go right to take three points from Anfield. It would be the best way to build on United’s 2-0 win over Sunderland.
Benjamin Sesko will be aiming to continue his scoring streak after scoring two goals in as many games, while Amorim will demand a strong performance from his midfield and defence.
That would suggest Amorim finding a way to paper over cracks that exist in the team.

Paul Parker singles out Luke Shaw as Man Utd weakness vs Liverpool
United’s players will return from their international breaks this week.
The immediate focus will be on the upcoming trip to Liverpool, who have also struggled of late.
Mohamed Salah has only managed three goals in 10 games, which is poor by his standards, but former United defender Paul Parker believes he will be able to hit Amorim’s side where it hurts on Sunday.
United have had an array of players underperform since the beginning of the season, leading to inconsistent results as they sit 10th in the Premier League table.

While speaking on the Devils’ Advocate Podcast, former United defender Parker stated that Liverpool and Salah will target Luke Shaw due to his “laziness”.
Shaw has been a regular starter in Amorim’s back-three this season, finally getting a run in the team under the Portuguese coach after struggling with injuries last term. He has started the majority of games along with Matthijs de Ligt and Harry Maguire, as well as Leny Yoro.
“You look at the teams they have played against and they can’t handle pace and energy levels,” he said.
“If Liverpool play in front of them, it will be great, but I don’t think they will. I think they will try and turn them around, especially on the left side with Luke Shaw.
“Salah is going to be looking to run in behind with and without the ball, knowing the laziness of Luke Shaw, who he will be pulling at his shirt all the time and little things like that.”
Man Utd must find a way to stop Mohamed Salah
Salah boasts an incredible record against United.
Salah has scored 16 goals in 17 games against United, on top of six assists.
He scored in the 2-2 draw between the two teams when they met at Anfield last season.
Whether it’s Shaw or someone else, United would be taking a step in the right direction if they could stop Salah from scoring on Sunday.
