Manchester United defender Teden Mengi suffered a nightmare in Spain as he was stretchered off with an injury.
The centre-back collapsed in pain in the first 15 minutes against Real Betis.
He was stretchered off and looked distressed as his big chance ended prematurely.
Mengi had only just returned from an injury suffered on loan at Birmingham City last season.

Teden Mengi stretchered off
Mengi, 20, was looking to use this trip to give his career a much needed boost after missing most of 2022.
The centre-back played against Cadiz for 45 minutes and lasted just 15 minutes of this game, taken off with the game scoreless.
Mengi appeared to be clutching his hamstring, which suggested it could be a recurrence of his previous injury problems.
His only action this season before this trip was a handful of under-21 games before the World Cup break.
No firm update has been provided on Mengi’s status – but it appears to be a real blow for him, and there is a risk it is serious enough to cost him a January loan move.
Mengi’s two previous loans at Birmingham and Derby were both cut short due to injury.
Just earlier this week, Mengi spoke of his excitement at getting the chance to get back on track.
He told club cameras: “It’s been a lot about fitness this camp, so especially for me I’ve been injured for quite a while, it’s good to be here, to train hard.”
