Manchester United’s squad have been given a lengthy break following their Champions League exit at the hands of Atletico Madrid.
Many of Ralf Rangnick’s players are in international action but some, such as Jesse Lingard, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and David de Gea have been left out.
Nemanja Matic retired from international football in August 2020 so he is another who has time off before United return to team training.

United’s next game is against Leicester on Saturday 2 April, and Rangnick has already said it is a match they have to win to have any chance of qualifying for next season’s Champions League.
Sports coach Sasa Mirosavljevic has posted footage of Matic working out on his Byometric System on his Instagram page.
Matic is clearly getting in some extra training to keep himself fit and fresh during the extended period without a game or even team training.

United legend Gary Neville has already taken aim at some of the players for their social media activity after the Atletico defeat.
He has criticised the way that some of the players have been flouting their holidays and trips to different sporting events since that disappointment.
Neville seemingly has no issue with players recharging but his advice is lying low and judging the mood of the club and the fans.
So far, Matic has kept it low-key and is training to stay sharp before the next game.
The social media activity of United’s players has been a talking point all season but that has not concerned Matic, who remains a good professional even if his best days are behind him.
