Manchester United midfielder Mason Mount scored his first ever goal for the club in a laboured 1-1 draw at Brentford.
Mason Mount signed for Manchester United last summer for a fee of £55 million.
Injuries have so far prevented United from getting a return on this investment, with Mount struggling to make an impression in his limited appearances to date.
On Saturday night he got on the scoresheet with a 96th minute goal to give Manchester United the lead against Brentford.
Frustratingly the team could not hold onto this lead, and went on to draw the match 1-1.

Mason Mount sends message
Mason Mount made a telling admission after the draw when he accepted Manchester United did not deserve to win the game based on the performance.
Separately, he posted on Instagram to express his split emotions after the highs and lows he experienced.
He wrote: “Mixed feelings, but I’m proud to celebrate my first goal for this club! We’ll continue to work on finishing the season on a high. Thank you for all the support.”
Responses to Mason Mount
Mason Mount had had a really tough time at Manchester United to date, unable to get going and show why he was handed the number seven shirt.
Well, you have to start somewhere, and this could be the first of many goals Mason Mount scores for the club.
He received a congratulatory message from his close friend Declan Rice, who was quick to reach out to commend him on his goal, as was Kobbie Mainoo.

Mason Mount has a very interesting match up next when he returns to Stamford Bridge to take on former club Chelsea.
He is warming up nicely for that game, and it would be great to see him deliver a statement performance to show his former side what they are missing out on.
