Manchester United have announced the signing of Mason Mount on a five-year deal this morning, following his move from Chelsea.
The 24-year-old midfielder completed his medical on Monday after the two English sides agreed a £55million transfer for the midfielder last Thursday.
The 36 cap England international has been Chelsea’s Player of the Year twice. He made 279 appearances for his former club, scoring 58 goals and assisting 53 in the process.
The signing represents a real coup for Manchester United, as he was on Erik ten Hag‘s list of top targets.
