Marcus Rashford has praised Christian Eriksen for the starring role the midfield maestro played in him scoring his 100th goal for Manchester United against West Ham United.
United’s number ten reached the landmark with a bullet header in the 38th minute of Sunday’s clash at Old Trafford.
Having missed a glorious chance to score the winner with his head against Newcastle United last month, following an outside of the boot cross from Casemiro, Rashford’s last two goals for the Red Devils have come via his head.

After coming off the bench to head home Luke Shaw’s cross in the 3-0 win against Sheriff Tiraspol on Thursday night, the Manchester United Academy graduate moved onto 99 goals for the twenty-time league champions.
Rashford ensured he joined the Reds 100-goal club a day shy of turning 25 by powering home Eriksen’s teasing cross.

The 46-time England international has been lauded for reaching the milestone on his 318th appearance for the Red Devils, but two days after a memorable evening at the Theatre of Dreams, Rashford has taken to Twitter to praise United’s Danish playmaker.
It was the second time since Eriksen signed for United as a free agent that our number 14 had provided an assist for our in-form forward.
The former Brentford midfielder also set up Rashford during our 3-1 win against Arsenal at Old Trafford in September.

Across all competitions, the 30-year-old has five assists for the Reds from 16 appearances, which is more than any other United player so far this season.
Eriksen has been a revelation since opting to sign for Erik ten Hag’s side and Rashford is clearly loving playing with the Scandinavian superstar who possesses the ability to create chances out of nothing like he did against West Ham.
