Manchester United youngster Amad has suffered an injury just minutes into his pre-season appearance against Arsenal.
The winger was introduced at half-time with Manchester United 2-0 up against the Gunners through goals from Bruno Fernandes and Jadon Sancho.
He then went down in pain 10 minutes after coming on, and limped off the pitch with an apparent ankle injury.
Amad was then substituted for Facundo Pellistri, who was making his first appearance of the pre-season.

Amad injury latest
The extent of Amad’s injury is unclear at present. It was initially hoped he could continue and United did not substitute him straight away.
After a few minutes the decision was made, with the 20-year-old unable to carry on.
MUTV commentator Ben Thornley said: “I hope it’s not damaged ligaments but that’s what it’s looking like. Hopefully just bad bruising.”

Amad’s big opportunity
Pre-season was a big chance for Amad to impress and just missing out on completing this game against Arsenal was a disappointment.
He will hope to recover for matches against Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund on the tour, however, this will depend on the severity of his injury.
He has played twice in pre-season so far, starting matches against Leeds and Lyon.
The one blessing in disguise if Amad is out for a few weeks, is that it could be then impossible for him to leave on loan, and then stay with the squad for the season.
We wish him a quick recovery and hope he is back in action in a few days time.
