Manchester United host Burnley in a matter of hours, looking to maintain Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s 100 per cent record in caretaker charge at the club.
Beating the Clarets would also make it seven Premier League wins in his first seven games for Solskjaer, which would be a record, surpassing the total of six set by both Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti.

Fellaini in talks over depature

According to the BBC, United are in talks with a Chinese Super League club about the prospect of injured midfielder Marouane Fellaini leaving the club – with their deadline not passing until February.
Another midfielder who could be set to leave Old Trafford is Juan Mata, as the Daily Mirror report that his agent has flown to Barcelona to discuss the prospect of a switch to the Nou Camp, as the Spaniard’s contract expires at the end of the season.

 

United end Perisic interest

According to the Evening Standard, Inter winger Ivan Perisic was a transfer target for United under Jose Mourinho but now he has been sacked, Arsenal are free to sign him as the interest from Old Trafford has ended.
Ahead of the Champions League last 16 meeting with PSG, the Daily Mail report that Neymar will miss both legs of the tie with a metatarsal injury.
