Manchester United agreed a five-year deal with Erik ten Hag‘s potential fifth summer signing Antony ten days ago, says Fabrizio Romano.
The 22-year-old has handed in an official transfer request to Ajax, reports De Telegraaf.
The Brazilian’s representatives are even claimed to be house hunting in England, claims Mike Vermijl and Antony’s team have based themselves in London near United’s offices for the remainder of the transfer window to help push through a dream move, reports The Telegraph.

The nine-time Brazil international has been Ten Hag’s priority forward target throughout the summer transfer window.
Having failed to agree a fee with the reigning Eredivisie champions earlier in the window, United’s focus seemingly switched on landing other targets.
But with just seven days remaining of the transfer window, the Red Devils are keen to sign the man that Ten Hag brought to Amsterdam from Sau Paulo two years ago.
Antony started the season in fine form for the Dutch giants and looked to have accepted that a move to the Theatre of Dreams may not happen this summer.
But having refused to train last week and not forming part of the matchday squad for the weekend’s win against Sparta Rotterdam – Antony’s focus is securing a move to the twenty-time league champions.
The Athletic reported yesterday that a deal could be struck at around £79 million.
Romano told his YouTube channel that Antony is ‘obsessive’ about clinching his move to Manchester United.
As well as reuniting with Ten Hag, the South American would link up with fellow former Ajax man Lisandro Martinez and Brazilian compatriots Fred and Casemiro.
With Antony keen to have a move agreed as soon as possible, it looks like Ajax have earmarked re-signing Chelsea ace Hakim Ziyech as his replacement.
