Now, it seems that the next name could be another coup, taken from a direct rival with Newcastle’s sporting director Dan Ashworth the man Ineos want in what would be a huge arrival.

Fabrizio Romano has now labelled Ashworth as the ‘top target’ and that United have been working on the appointment for weeks.
