Manchester United fans were once again blown away as they watched Michael Olise destroy Sheffield United.

One man who looks set to be on Ineos’ transfer shortlist this summer is Michael Olise who could be available for as cheap as £60m.

With Manchester United‘s right wing being a problem and patience wearing thin with Antony a big change could be on the cards and right now, there’s no option better than Olise.

The Frenchman has been incredible this season for Crystal Palace and almost single-handedly kept Palace floating above relegation and Roy Hodgson in a job.

Manchester United fans react to Michael Olise’s display vs Sheffield United

Olise is a superstar in the making and his talent and ability are destined for the grandest stage, with there being no grander than Old Trafford.

Taking to X after Olise’s three-goal contributions on Tuesday, fans of United were all in agreement.

One emphatically declared: “Michael Olise is a Manchester United type of player from Sir Alex Ferguson’s era, bring him to The Theatre of Dreams.”

While a second tipped Olise as someone Sir Alex would have loved to sign: “If Sir Alex Ferguson had still been manager of the club, an agreement with Palace for Olise would have been, sorted for the summer already. All three belong at Old Trafford.”

This sentiment was shared by another who said: “Olise’s style of play is a real throwback, Sir Alex would have loved to have him at Old Trafford.”

Finally, another urged United to sign Olise, adding that the winger is also said to be a fan of United too: “Hell of a player. Hell of an upgrade. And is pretty fond of the Reds too, supposedly…”

Olise has been on fire for Palace

Olise isn’t making it easy for any club to sign him with his form likely to be catching the eye of every club in Europe.

His past five games have seen eight goal contributions (5 goals, 3 assists). Even more impressively he’s got five in his last two.

Performing to this degree in a team who are struggling isn’t something to be overlooked and with better teammates and systems surrounding him, he could be even better.
