Manchester United are interested in signing Chelsea full-back Marc Cucurella on a loan deal.
Marc Cucurella has endured a difficult time at Chelsea since signing for £62 million last summer. This has seen him lined up as a potential Manchester United solution at full-back.
United need cover at the position due to injuries to both Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.
Fabrizio Romano has reported United have enquired with Chelsea over a loan for Cucurella, and that the Blues are interested if their conditions for loan fee and wages are met.

Pep Guardiola wanted Marc Cucurella
Marc Cucurella was almost playing on the blue side of Manchester, and given the way his spell at Chelsea has turned out, probably wishes that deal went through.
City were interested in a move for Cucurella last summer, before uncharacteristically pulling out of a move after learning Brighton’s asking price.
Pep Guardiola was quoted by The MEN last August, bemoaning the fact he was blocked by his board from signing the defender.

He said: “We couldn’t go through with Cucurella because the club decide we wouldn’t pay this amount of money for this player.”
Chelsea were willing to pay big for Cucurella, one of several deals they have struck with Brighton over the past 12 months, including signing, and sacking, manager Graham Potter.
Cucurella wants United move
Marca report Cucurella now wants to join Manchester United. He has not played a single minute this season for Chelsea, with new manager Mauricio Pochettino coming in with fresh ideas, which he seemingly is not a part of.
There is a talented player in there, who hopefully Erik ten Hag can get something out of, if he is the chosen solution for the left-back role.
