Manchester United’s end-of-season awards for the 2025/26 campaign have been handed out this week. Here are the winners of each.
Ahead of the season coming to a close, Manchester United have crowned the award winners for several in-club awards.
- Players’ Player of the Year
- Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year
- Goal of the Year
- Jimmy Murphy Award (U18)
- The Denzil Haroun Award (U21)
Without an end-of-season awards ceremony, the club handed out the awards at Carrington.

Players Player of the Year winner – Bruno Fernandes
To the surprise of absolutely nobody, Bruno Fernandes picked up the United Players’ Player of the Season award.
This followed Fernandes winning the FWA player of the season award, voted for by journalists.
It won’t be the last award won by the United captain this season.
Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year winner – Bruno Fernandes
Fernandes sweeps the double again for a second successive year after his incredible assist contributions over the course of the campaign.
This is also the fifth Sir Matt Busby award, which is voted for by fans, in his six years at Old Trafford.
Goal of the season winner – Patrick Dorgu
In a season with surprisingly few wondergoals scored by United, Patrick Dorgu has claimed the crown for his absolute belter against Arsenal.
Dorgu’s goal against Arsenal saw him draw comparisons with Gareth Bale, establishing himself as a winger for United.
The goal was sensational, from outside the box, directly into the top corner, and at the Emirates too, a deserving winner.
Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year winner – JJ Gabriel
After an incredible season for United, JJ Gabriel has been crowned the prestigious Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year for the 2025/26 campaign.

He won the U18s Premier League Player of the Year
Gabriel also won the U18 Premier League player of the year award in the past week and there is little debate over his worthiness to win this award.
Gabriel follows in the footsteps of club legends like Norman Whiteside, Mark Hughes, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Marcus Rashford, and Kobbie Mainoo.
Gabriel has also surpassed Angel Gomes as the youngest winner of this award, aged just 15.
The Denzil Haroun Award winner – Tyler Fletcher
Crowning a special U21 campaign, Tyler Fletcher has won the Denzil Haroun reserve team player of the year award.
Fletcher made his first-team debut in February under Michael Carrick and has been involved in countless matchday squad since then.
His U21 performance have pushed United toward a Premier League 2 winners trophy, with the final on Saturday against Brighton.
A deserved winner, but Shea Lacey will have run him very close. Fletcher follows in the footsteps of James Garner, Adnan Januzaj, Dan Gore, Alvaro Fernandez, and last season Tyler Fredricson.
