Manchester United could be losing faith in Erik ten Hag after yet another poor outing this past weekend.
Despite an excellent run of results to begin the year unbeaten, many could see that Manchester United weren’t quite playing well enough to be too excited.
This fear was proven correct on Saturday as the poor form and unsustainable performances all caught up with United at Old Trafford in the 2-1 defeat to Fulham.
Because of this and the fact there seems to be zero style of play right now, it seems Ineos and Sir Jim Ratcliffe could be tempted to make a managerial change and now a link to a talented Italian has surfaced.

Manchester United targeting Simone Inzaghi
After a disappointing defeat this past weekend, United are seemingly weighing up their managerial options.
With Erik ten Hag struggling, now it’s been reported that Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi is being eyed.
According to TuttoSport, United along with Chelsea, Barcelona and Liverpool are all looking seriously at the 47-year-old Inter Milan boss.
Inzaghi would see the move to England come with a massive pay bump and given he looks nailed on to lift the Serie A this season, he’d arrive with substantial pedigree.
Would Simone Inzaghi be a good fit for Manchester United
Inzaghi is one of Europe’s premier managers and has been labelled as “one of the best” by his brother Pippo who is a Juventus and AC Milan legend.
Inzaghi has favoured a 3-5-2 formation for much of his career, something which we aren’t sure would suit this current Manchester United squad given the talents out wide like Alejandro Garnacho, and also a lack of centre-halves.
However, if he could apply it and build a squad to suit then it could be a tremendous appointment as he’s thriving this season with 21 wins in 25 league games.
Sitting top of the league and also in the Champions League knockouts, he’s a manager with tremendous acumen. His style could benefit multiple names in the team such as Rasmus Hojlund who could be used as a true number nine under Inzaghi.
