Manchester United’s away kit has been revealed at a music festival, and it’s interesting to say at the least.
Manchester United have only revealed their home kit thus far for the 23/24 campaign, which is a thing of beauty. It features a repeating pattern that combines a Lancashire Rose in a geometric pattern that is inspired by the Trafford Road Bridge, which was built during the time of the industrial revolution.
The new strip has been worn so far throughout the entirety of pre-season and it’s brought good luck. United have won three out of three, even brushing aside Arsenal in the process.
But United fans are still eagerly awaiting the release of the away and third kit. The away kits release must be imminent, with it being fully revealed at a music festival yesterday in the UK.

Yesterday, at ‘Tramlines festival’ in Sheffield, Liam Fray of the Courteeners performed in the new Manchester United away kit.
The lead singer performed a phenomenal set in a mightily muddy Hillsborough Park to thousands of adoring fans who caught a glimpse of the new away jersey.

Fray becomes the second musical artist to ‘announce’ one of the new United kits this year. UK rapper and United mega-fan Aitch released the last home kit when performing at Glastonbury earlier in June.

The new Manchester United away kit… yes or no?
The away kit is, well, an interesting one. It’s a stark contrast to the usual away strips United are used to.
The Red Devils have opted for a completely unique design and colour scheme, with a dark green base with white and red stripes.
We’re not so sure about the inspiration behind this either. There must be some sort of reason the club have opted for this design/colour scheme.
We’ll probably find out in a short while. After Aitch was pictured wearing the home kit, it was revealed shortly after – so we reckon the away jersey will also follow suit.
