Eagle-eyed Manchester United fans dropped a clear-cut verdict on Alejandro Garnacho after his performance in the Europa League against FCSB on Thursday.
Manchester United punched their ticket to the round of 16 in the Europa League after their 2-0 victory in Bucharest at the National Arena.
The Red Devils finished the league phase format of the Europa League, which was introduced in the 2024-25 campaign, without a single defeat in the competition.
United picked up three draws in their opening three matches this season under Erik ten Hag, who was axed as Red Devils manager last October.
Following Erik ten Hag’s sacking in 2024, the Red Devils have seen a major turnaround in Europa League results under former interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy and current boss Ruben Amorim.
Ruben Amorim’s side have won all five of their last five Europa League matches under Ruud van Nistelrooy and the 40-year-old United manager, with the Red Devils finishing third in the table.
Lazio finished top of the Europa League table and Athletic Bilbao came second, with the Serie A outfit and La Liga side both level on points.

Garnacho’s Man Utd impact in Europa League
Manchester United will face AZ Alkmaar, Midtjylland, Real Sociedad or Galatasaray in the last 16 of the Europa League after their win over Romanian outfit FCSB.
Ruben Amorim’s men played out a 0-0 scoreline in the first half at the National Arena before Alejandro Garnacho came off the bench for the second half.
The United manager hooked off Tyrell Malacia and brought Garnacho on after the break, with the Spain-born attacker making a real difference for the Red Devils.
Garnacho almost made an instant impact for United after he latched onto a loose ball before the 20-year-old winger saw his effort hit the wrong side of the post.
Diogo Dalot broke the deadlock for United in the 60th minute before Garnacho set up Kobbie Mainoo for the Red Devils’ second only eight minutes later.
Man Utd fans react to Garnacho’s performance vs FCSB
Garnacho was a lively presence in his superb second-half cameo and the Argentina international impressed United fans with his display in the Europa League.
United fans on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, all “noticed” that Garnacho’s “decision-making” has significantly improved under Amorim.
“Garnacho [has] been too good lately. He’s way better with his decision-making in [the] final third,” one fan said.
Another X user wrote: “Garnacho’s dribbling and decision-making has visibly improved.”
Someone else tweeted: “Amorim improved Garnacho; that’s a fact. Garnacho’s decision-making in the final third is significantly better today.”
“Garnacho’s decision-making has been so good [in] the past few weeks. Love to see it,” another supporter posted.
While a fifth commented: “Garnacho’s decision-making [in] the past [three] games has been so much better.”
A sixth fan added: “Amorim must’ve sat Garnacho down [and] told him about his decision-making because he’s improved so much [in] the last few games.”
“Has someone given Garnacho a crash course in decision-making? He’s been superb,” somebody else said.
And an eighth fan suggested: “Okay, so Mainoo in that [No] 10 role is something we can work with. I also noticed that Garnacho’s decision-making was spot on today and that we shouldn’t be selling him.”
