Luke Shaw believes there is “more to come” from Manchester United teammate Antony following the Brazilian’s positive start to life at Old Trafford.
Manchester United fans will no doubt be excited that our left-back believes that the former Ajax winger can continue to elevate his game to new heights.
After sealing his big money move to the Theatre of Dreams at the end of August, Antony’s former Ajax manager Erik ten Hag has started the 22-year-old in all ten matches the Red Devils have played since his arrival.
Following his goals against Arsenal, Manchester City and Everton, the Brazilian winger became the first Manchester United player to score in his first three Premier League games for the club.
Luke Shaw believes there is “more to come” from Antony

During an exclusive interview for United Review, the official matchday programme for Thursday’s Europa League tie with Sheriff Tiraspol, Shaw spoke about the battles he was with the Brazil international in training.
“We have good battles in training,” smiled Luke.
“And it’s really good to be able to train against someone like him with such high quality.”
United’s number 23 has been impressed by the impact our number 21 has had during his first two months at the club.

But Shaw is under no illusion that the 11-time Brazil international will only get “better and better” which spells danger for left-backs in the Premier League and across Europe.
The former Southampton youngster added: “Game by game, he’s getting better and better and, in the game against Newcastle, he was man of the match for me.
“He looks really confident; he’s running past players and coming inside and creating chances and scoring goals. He’s in a really good moment and we know there is still more to come, but he’s taking the right steps and that’s really good for the team.”
