Manchester United defender Jonny Evans is into his second spell at the club after beginning his career two decades ago.
Jonny Evans is the only player in the current Manchester United squad who has won the Premier League, harking back to his days under Sir Alex Ferguson.
Evans can also boast a Champions League win on his CV from 2008 – although he did not receive a medal.
He explained this during his podcast with Manchester United, and says there is no bitterness on his part.

Jonny Evans played in two Champions League games in the 2007/08 season in the group stages.
One was as a substitute for 18 minutes in a 4-0 win over Dinamo Kiev, and in another he played all 90 minutes in a 1-1 draw with Roma.
However, in the second half of the season he was on loan at Sunderland, where he gained more first team experience.
Evans did not receive a Champions League medal, and he has no bitterness about missing out.

Asked whether he received a medal, Evans responded simply, “No.”
He elaborated that he was in Moscow to see the team lift the trophy, commenting: “I went to the game, I suppose as a reserve player my loan spell had ended.”
Evans added that he does not place much stock in medals themselves, commenting, “It’s the club that wins it,” and referring to the memories he won’t forget, he added: “You get far more from football.”
Evans does have two runners-up medals from 2009 and 2011. There is no doubt he looks back at 2008 more fondly, despite not having an actual medal to show for it, he can take pride that he contributed towards the team’s success.
