Former Chelsea star John Obi Mikel has issued a warning to Jadon Sancho following his dip in form for the Blues.
Jadon Sancho left Manchester United on loan on deadline day, joining Chelsea in a deal which will become permanent for around £25 million unless the Blues finish in the bottom six.
Chelsea are sitting comfortably in the top half of the table and look set to keep Sancho at the end of the season, even though he’s hardly been pulling up trees at Stamford Bridge.
The 24-year-old made a bright start to his Chelsea career, making a man of the match debut against Bournemouth and getting three assists in his first three games.
However, it sounds like Sancho has continued to struggle for consistency, with critics forming in the Chelsea sphere.
Some of those critics never left Sancho from his days at United, but he doesn’t have a future at Old Trafford anymore.

Mikel sends warning to Sancho about Chelsea form
Sancho has struggled to have an impact of late and Chelsea will hope his fortunes change sooner rather than later.
The England international is first choice on the left wing, although he faces competition from Pedro Neto.
The only Chelsea forward performing consistently is Cole Palmer and John Obi Mikel has been quick to warn Sancho not to relax.
“He came through the door and showed why I wanted him, the first few games he showed why he should be there, he was running at players, creating chances but since December we haven’t seen anything from Jadon, he cannot relax here,” he told his Obi One Podcast.
Sancho became too comfortable at United and it sounds like he is in the same boat at Chelsea.
Some players never learn from previous mistakes.
All eyes on Sancho
This would be a bigger story if Chelsea were a bigger club.
Sancho has until the end of the season to prove United wrong for moving him on.
If anything, Sancho has proven that the critics are right, which must be a hard one to swallow.
The only way to prove them wrong is by performing with goals and assists.
