Birmingham City manager John Eustace has commented on the club’s links with Manchester United whizkid Hannibal Mejbri.
The 19-year-old is expected to leave the Red Devils on loan this summer with four Championship clubs interested, according to Sky Sports.

As well as West Brom, Middlesbrough and Millwall, Birmingham form part of the quartet that are interested in bringing the Tunisia international to their club.
The former Monaco youngster has featured in United’s last two pre-season matches, but it looks like Erik ten Hag has decided to sanction Hannibal’s loan exit.

Since moving to United three years ago, Hannibal has impressed as he’s progressed through the club’s academy system and he looks set to embark on his first loan spell away from the club.
The all-action midfielder made two Premier League appearances last season, but in order for him to fulfil his burgeoning potential, he needs to be playing senior football, week in, week out.
The Championship is arguably one of the most physical leagues in the world, and the fiery Tunisian will be tested in the second tier of English football.
But if United’s number 46 is given chances to showcase his array of qualities, Hannibal could be one of the standout performers in the Championship next season.

After having United duo Tahith Chong and Teden Mengi on loan last season under former manager Lee Bowyer, Eustace was asked about the prospect of Hannibal moving to St Andrew’s.
Speaking via BirminghamLive, Eustace said: “I am sure we are being linked with a lot of players, I know Hannibal is a very good player, Man United have got some fantastic young players in their squad.
“We had a fantastic one (Chong) come to the club last year and did very well. Listen if good players are linked to Birmingham City that’s good for us.”
Sky Sports reported that a decision on where Hannibal will be playing this coming season is expected early this week.
