According to ESPN, Inter Milan are willing to offer £10 million plus Radja Nainggolan for United midfielder Nemanja Matic.
Matic is said to be open to a move to Italy, but is happy to stay if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer assures him he is part of Manchester United’s plans.

Matic is entering his third season at Old Trafford after his £40m move from Chelsea in 2017.
We analysed Matic’s prospects for the campaign earlier this week.
Matic is expected to head on pre-season tour with United.
Inter don’t have the funds to buy the player they want outright, as we have seen with their pursuit of Romelu Lukaku.

Yay or nay for Nainggolan?
Nainggolan is a Belgian international who is now 31-years-old. Matic also turns 31 next month.
Former Roma midfielder Nainggolan played 29 Serie A games for Inter last year. He scored six goals and provided three assists.
The problem for United is that while Nainggolan might be a marginal improvement on Matic, it doesn’t help the club’s long term goals.
United want to get younger and faster and start building for the future.
Nainggolan would want at least a three-year contract, which could end up looking like a very bad deal after just one year if he doesn’t perform.
