The twenty-time league champions were beaten 4-2 by Cadiz who sit 19th in La Liga on Wednesday night.
Ahead of Saturday’s clash, United in Focus have picked out five former Premier League players who play for Real Betis.
Former Premier League players who play for Manchester United’s next opponents Real Betis
Claudio Bravo

The Chilean legend, who replaced Joe Hart at the Etihad, won the Premier League title with Manchester City having been signed by Pep Guardiola from Barcelona where he won the Champions League and two La Liga titles.
The 39-year-old, who has 144 caps for his country to his name, has made seven appearances for Betis this season, five of which have come in the Europa League.
Martin Montoya
Montoya was another former Barcelona who headed to the Premier League and the right-back joined Brighton & Hove Albion from Valencia in 2018.
Like Bravo, the right-back was also part of the Barcelona side that won the 2014/15 Champions League under Luis Enrique.
The 31-year-old spent two years at the Amex with the Seagulls before returning to his homeland with Betis.
Juanmi
Betis’ number seven is hoping to return from injury against United on Saturday. The one-time Spain international scored 20 goals across all competitions last season – 16 of which came in La Liga.
The 29-year-old spent a year at Southampton following his arrival from Malaga, but he failed to score in 19 games for the Saints and moved back to Spain after joining Real Sociedad.
Victor Camarasa
The midfielder has previously had two loan spells in the Premier League from Betis.
He spent the 2018-19 campaign at Cardiff City where he scored five goals.
The 28-year-old didn’t enjoy the same success during his second loan spell in England because he only made one substitute appearance for Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
Willian Jose
The 31-year-old spent the second half of the 2020-21 campaign on loan at Wolves from Real Sociedad.
The striker scored one goal from 18 appearances during his time at Molineux.
Jose joined Betis from Sociedad in the summer, and he’s scored two goals so far this season.
