The news broke on Jul 4 that Erik ten Hag was to be given a new contract at Manchester United, as confirmed on the Manchester United club website.
The club stated: “Erik ten Hag has extended his contract as Manchester United men’s first-team manager until June 2026.”
Erik ten Hag has expressed his delight at signing a new deal, while new sporting director Dan Ashworth has urged him to help the talented team develop more consistency with their performances.

After a summer of uncertainty, it’s nice to know that there is official confirmation from the club’s side that Ten Hag has been committed to for the future.
