Erik ten Hag and Harry Maguire have been nominated for the Premier League Manager and Player Of The Month award for November.
The Manchester United duo have been on top form in November and there is no surprise to see the pair nominated for such a prestigious award.
For Erik ten Hag, it has been a month to silence the doubters at Old Trafford after it looked like his job may well be at risk following the shocking 4-3 defeat to FC Copenhagen in Parken.
Things have picked up for the Dutchman and he has won three straight Premier League games without conceding a goal, which includes wins against Everton, Fulham and Luton Town.
Maguire’s heroics
Harry Maguire has come in for a lot of criticism since his move to Manchester back in 2019 from Leicester City for £80 million, his future looked to be away from Old Trafford back in the summer but his transfer to West Ham United fell through.
However, since then, the Englishman has completed the ultimate turnaround and he is now, arguably, one of the first names on the team sheet for Ten Hag’s side.
The Englishman was colossal in all three of United’s wins in the Premier League in November and thoroughly deserves this nomination for the award.

Ten Hag’s turnaround
As mentioned previously, Ten Hag has had a superb turnaround in fortunes for the Red Devils and the Dutchman has won back the support from the majority of the fanbase.
The Dutchman has seen in the past two games signs of his attacking players returning to their best form with Alejandro Garnacho scoring two in two and Marcus Rashford finding the net for the first time since September.
It will be a tough December for Ten Hag with Newcastle United, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Unai Emery’s Aston Villa awaiting them over the Christmas period.
The Dutchman potentially winning this award has to give him huge confidence going into these crucial games.
