Diogo Dalot has confirmed he is available for selection after injury.
The right-back sent a message on Instagram earlier this week with a message stating: “That feeling when you’re ready to help your team again 💪🏻 Good week to everyone 👹”.
Dalot was then pictured in first team training yesterday along with United attacker Antony Martial.
Martial had recently pulled out of France’s international fixtures with ‘injury’ but appears to be fully fit.

Dalot is in contention to feature for United this weekend against Crystal Palace, and it is the boost manager Jose Mourinho desperately needs.
The Portuguese talent has had a stop-start spell at United so far due to injury. Now he has a chance to kickstart his Old Trafford career.

Good start

When Dalot has played, he has been very impressive. In games against Basel and Derby he was among the team’s most impressive players.

He missed a crucial stretch of games after getting injured during the last international break, but Antonio Valencia was not been able to re-establish himself either a right-back. Instead Ashley Young has been filling in.
Young will be needed at left-back this weekend with Luke Shaw having to serve a one-game suspension after picking up a yellow card against City.

Dalot’s return could not be better timed.
With Fred struggling to make his stamp on the team, Mourinho needs Dalot to shine, and show that his limited transfer activity in the summer was worthwhile.
What we have seen of Dalot so far has been very encouraging. He just needs to return at the same high level and prove he can stay fit.
