Former Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck has an attitude that other former players could learn from.
One of the biggest gripes with the coverage of Manchester United is the constant criticism from former players.
From Roy Keane to the ‘Class of 92‘, not a day goes by when a former Manchester United player is not popping up to give his thoughts on the club.
More often than not, these are critical comments. Danny Welbeck has vowed not to join them.

Danny Welbeck on Manchester United
Danny Welbeck spoke to Sunderland’s media ahead of their home fixture against Manchester United this weekend. He spent a spell on loan there earlier in his career.
Welbeck discussed his deep affection for Manchester United, and the ‘incredible’ manager who brought him through, Sir Alex Ferguson.
He said: “It’s my boyhood club. I grew up there, coming through the academy from the Under-9s right up to the first team. You grow up watching your idols and you want to get there and try to emulate their success. It was really such a privilege to make it into the first team. It took a lot of hard work to get there, and I had some amazing years.
“I had some incredible role models to learn from and of course an incredible manager as well.
“I could never ever say a bad word against Manchester United because they brought me through the system and developed me as a person and as a player.”
