Manchester United are finally set to complete the transfer of Swansea City’s Dan James.
The Telegraph report James has left the Wales training camp to undergo a medical.
The deal is expected to be confirmed today. James is set to feature for Wales on Saturday.
It is claimed United will pay a total of £18 million; £15 million up front and a further £3 million in instalments.
It was June 6 last year where United confirmed the signing of Porto’s Diogo Dalot.
James has been linked to United since early May, with it long reported a deal had been agreed.
The club are reported by The Mirror to have seen off late competition from Monaco and Everton for his signature.
United badly needed to add wingers to the squad and signing promising youngster James is a step in the right direction.
Getting a deal done now before the international fixtures makes sense too.
Right, who’s next?
