Cristiano Ronaldo is doing his talking on social media. He says he will play for Manchester United on Sunday.
Responding after he was left out of United’s 21 man travelling squad to Oslo for the game with Atletico Madrid on Saturday, the wantaway star says he will face Rayo Vallecano.
He was responding to a Ronaldo fan account on Instagram. He plans to be available for the clash at Old Trafford.
United have two friendly games in two days, with Erik ten Hag pushing his squad ahead of the season kick-off, to get up to speed.

Ronaldo says he will play
Ronaldo intends to play, after returning to Manchester last week. Despite a desire to leave, there are no offers on the table.
He may not have a choice to stay put, however, it is worth remembering he did play for Juventus last season before forcing his move to Manchester United.
Ronaldo responded on Instagram to say, ‘Sunday the king plays’ after speculation over his future.

Ronaldo will receive a muted reception at Old Trafford, and will have to prove his commitment to fans, teammates and Erik ten Hag.
There is no guarantee he will start the game even if he is available. And of course, Erik ten Hag will have the final say, although he has always insisted the star would have a key role under him.
United’s game with Rayo Vallecano on Sunday kicks off at 4pm.
