Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen has been talking up new signing Rasmus Hojlund.
Manager Erik ten Hag confirmed last week that new signing Rasmus Hojlund is stepping up his training as he gears up towards making his debut.
A good week could see Hojlund included in the matchday squad for this coming Sunday’s fixture against Arsenal.
It is a big game to potentially make his first appearance in, and international colleague Christian Eriksen is confident he will be able to handle it.

Eriksen on Hojlund
Speaking to Manchester United club media, Christian Eriksen says Rasmus Hojlund has the right temperament to succeed.
He cited Hojlund’s fearless nature, commenting: “He’s a guy who holds his ground.
“He doesn’t back down from anything. He’s really a front-foot guy, who is aggressive and really attack-minded. But, at the same time, a nice guy outside of football.”
MORE UNITED STORIES
He added that he is also anticipating huge interest in their homeland of Denmark once Hojlund makes his debut.
“I know it’s been a massive, massive thing and still is. Obviously, it’s going to explode even more when he is going to have his debut. I’m happy there’s another Dane at United who can show off the Danish flag.”
Hojlund will add new dimension to Manchester United
Signing a striker was a top priority for Manchester United this summer. Really there was a feeling that two were needed, and who knows, a last minute addition might arrive before the transfer deadline is done.
There is reason to believe that the one striker signing who has arrived, Rasmus Hojlund, will be a big hit.
He is fast, direct, and appears to have the character to embrace the pressure of leading the line for United, rather than shy away from it.
With a huge game ahead against Arsenal, it would be great to have Hojlund involved. He has been out with a back injury since arriving, with United unwilling to rush him back before he is ready.
