Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has been named in the BBC team of the week after his performance against Chelsea.
Casemiro was the only Manchester United player selected for in the XI from Premier League games across the weekend.
This follows the midfielder’s first Manchester United goal, netting the injury time equaliser at Stamford Bridge to cancel out Jorginho’s penalty.
Casemiro is now fully settled into life as a United player, starting the last five consecutive games in all competitions, outstanding in each of them.

Casemiro named in BBC team of the week
Brazil international Casemiro is rightly winning plaudits for his performances and it is good to see him getting recognition.
Many Manchester United supporters are impressed with just how good he is, how strong his attacking play has been, in addition to his expert defensive play and positioning.
He has come close to scoring in several games now, hitting the woodwork, and narrowly missing the target, before scoring his goal against Chelsea when United were in desperate need, to clinch a 1-1 draw. It was worth the wait.
BBC Sport‘s Garth Crooks said: “There’s no doubt Casemiro is a top class player. You don’t play for Real Madrid without being the finished article.
“The question is, can he impose those talents on Manchester United? Against Chelsea he certainly dug them out of a hole. If you’re going to score your first goal for Manchester United it might as well be against one of your top four rivals.”
Casemiro left Real Madrid because he wanted a new challenge and this is a stance which should be admired. He had achieved everything he possibly could have done in Spain.
He is embracing the challenge in a new look Manchester United side, bringing traits to the team the side have sorely lacked in recent seasons.
He may get a rest against Sheriff Tiraspol in midweek, but he will be back to playing a key role when Manchester United take on West Ham next Sunday.
