Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro is interested in hearing about Manchester United’s offer, according to The Telegraph.
After failing to land Erik ten Hag‘s priority target Frenkie de Jong and walking away from a deal for Adrien Rabiot, due to the Frenchman’s excessive wage demands, the Red Devils are now chasing the Brazilian serial winner.

Marca reported yesterday that the Reds are interested in signing the 30-year-old who is undoubtedly one of the best defensive midfielders in world football.
A former teammate of Cristiano Ronaldo and Raphael Varane, as well as playing alongside Fred for the national side, Casemiro would certainly improve a midfield that was mauled by both Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford.
Casemiro interested in hearing about Manchester United’s offer

Alongside Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, the 63-time Brazil international has formed part of one of the best midfield tridents in Champions League history.
The former Sau Paulo man has won 18 trophies during his time with Los Blancos, including a record-equalling five Champions Leagues.
With three years left to run on his contract with Carlo Ancelotti’s side and having won everything there is to win with the Santiago Bernabeu giants, Casemiro could see Manchester United as an opportunity to embark on a new challenge.
The report from the Telegraph states: “Although there is widespread scepticism as to why Casemiro would want to leave Madrid it is understood he is interested in hearing about United’s offer.
“Sources suggest that having won it all in Spain for several years the 30-year-old Brazilian might be willing to accept a new challenge especially if he is offered a lucrative enough contract by United.”
There’s arguably no bigger challenge in football currently then helping Manchester United get back to the top of the footballing pyramid.
With Real Madrid president Florentino Perez willing to let the Brazilian depart, knowing that he has Aurelien Tchouameni, Federico Valverde and Eduardo Camavinga ready to carry the mantle that Casemiro, Modric and Kroos will eventually leave behind – a move could be a real possibility this summer.
But Manchester United will have to convince Casemiro that a move to the fallen, disgruntled and toxic giant is the best move for his career.
