With the 2026 World Cup just around the corner, United players are finding out whether they will be going to the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Carlo Ancelotti names Man Utd duo in Brazil squad

Casemiro and Cunha will be going to the World Cup, having impressed at United this season.

Carlo Ancelotti will be relying on Casemiro as one of his key leaders in the team, while Cunha will be excited to compete at his first-ever World Cup.

Cunha will be able to lean on United teammate Casemiro for experience, with the latter set to feature at his third World Cup. The former Real Madrid midfielder anchored the midfield for Brazil in 2018 (Russia) and 2022 (Qatar).

It came as no surprise that both players were named in Ancelotti’s 26-man squad for the tournament.
