Bruno Fernandes shared the perfect message with Manchester United fans after the Red Devils’ performance against Leicester City in the Premier League on Sunday.
Manchester United faced Leicester City in their final match ahead of the March international break and Ruben Amorim’s men picked up a convincing win.
Leicester City hosted United at the King Power Stadium and the Premier League strugglers failed to find the back of the net against the Red Devils.
However, Ruben Amorim’s side took advantage of the Foxes’ defensive fragility and United convincingly beat Leicester 3-0 on the night at the King Power Stadium.
Rasmus Hojlund finally ended his 21-match goalscoring drought in the first half after the United striker broke the deadlock thanks to a Bruno Fernandes assist.
United led Leicester 1-0 going into half-time and Fernandes would pick up another assist after the break by setting up Alejandro Garnacho for his side’s second.
Fernandes, who has been a key United first-team player ever since his arrival at Old Trafford in 2020, then added his name to the scoresheet in the 90th minute.

What Bruno Fernandes noticed from Man Utd fans in Premier League win vs Leicester City
Bruno Fernandes has shown his importance and impact for Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim ahead of the March international break.
The 30-year-old United and Portugal midfielder single-handedly fired his side into the Europa League quarter-finals with his stunning performance last week.
Fernandes scored a show-stealing hat-trick in United’s 4-1 thumping of 10-man Real Sociedad in the second-leg round-of-16 tie at Old Trafford last Thursday.
The Portugal international took to social media after United walked away with all three Premier League points against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.
Fernandes made his feelings clear to United fans, and he thanked the Red Devils supporters for their “unmatched” support in Sunday evening’s 3-0 win.
“Great way to end the week,” he said on Instagram.
Fernandes added: “Unmatched support from all of you that travelled.”
Ruben Amorim spoke out on Man Utd star Fernandes after Leicester City match
Amorim insisted that Fernandes is “dangerous” when he is in red-hot form and the United manager hailed the Red Devils skipper as a “special” player.
When asked if Fernandes deserved a rest, he said (via Manchester United’s official website): “No, I don’t feel that in Bruno [Fernandes].
“He’s a special guy in that aspect. He’s always ready. He can recover quite well. I don’t know [about] the future.
“I am just reading what the performance department tell me [about the numbers] and then what I see in the game.
“So, I always see a Bruno that is dangerous, and one Bruno that can recover in every situation. So, he’s going to stay there.”
United will now return to action on 1st April when they travel to City Ground to face Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
