Paul Pogba quit Manchester United on a free transfer in the summer, and this time there was no disappointment at his decision.
Unlike his departure in 2012, United fans had finally been able to take a look at the reality of Paul Pogba as a regular at Old Trafford. It didn’t work out.

Despite high hopes and flashes of quality, Pogba’s second spell at Old Trafford failed to live up to expectations and his choice to leave was seen as a positive for United, finally moving on.
Pogba returned to Juventus, and it has not been going very well for him. He suffered an injury in pre-season and has not played a single minute of action in Serie A.
His spot at the World Cup with France has also been under threat due to his injury, so it is a relief to Pogba, club and country that he has returned to training.
Pogba posted images on his Instagram page from Juventus’ training ground this week celebrating his positive step forward.
Bruno Fernandes reacts
Pogba’s message was met with a positive reception from former Manchester United teammates, who clearly still think well of him.
Bruno Fernandes, Anthony Elanga and and Andreas Pereira all sent messages to Pogba to wish him well on his attempted comeback.

Juventus won’t rush him back and Pogba’s main priority will be the World Cup, but they could really do with getting him on the pitch soon.
The Bianconeri sit a lowly eight in Serie A and they have lost three out of four Champions League games.
This currently places them third in the group, heading for a Europa League spot – where they could play Manchester United.
That would be a two-legged tie Pogba would be determined not to miss.
