Donny van de Beek has been left out of the Manchester United squad for the Champions League group stages.
Manchester United have dropped a major indication that Donny van de Beek will be pushed out of the club in the coming days.
Van de Beek has not made a matchday squad this season in the Premier League. Now he has been omitted from the club’s Champions League squad.
His opportunities to leave the club have been slashed, however, after failing to land a switch before the Premier League deadline last Friday.

Donny van de Beek future
Most transfer windows closed last week, with the exception of two notable ones, the Saudi Pro League, and Turkish Super Lig.
Current indications suggest Van de Beek could be heading to Turkey, following Eric Bailly, who sealed a move to Besiktas 24 hours ago.
Turkish outlet A Spor yesterday linked Van de Beek with a move to Fenerbahce, where he could team up with Fred.
MORE UNITED STORIES
The midfielder’s axe from the Champions League squad is a big sign United expect him to leave, and a nudge to push him out the door.
New signings included
There are no surprises in the Champions League squad. New signings Altay Bayindir, Sergio Reguilon and Sofyan Amrabat are all included.
Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo are not included, as they are teenagers and do not need to be registered in the main squad, they will be included as part of a B-list.
You would think if United saw any value in Van de Beek, he would be included ‘just in case’.
However, this latest snub seems to confirm he is expected to leave, one way or another, or face wasting a season on the sidelines.
