Aston Villa ace Ashley Young has thanked Manchester United fans after reception he received on Sunday.
Young was in the Aston Villa starting line-up which lost 1-0 to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The 37-year-old was making his 26th Premier League appearance of the season for the Villans.
Manchester United won the game thanks to a first half winner from midfield ace Bruno Fernandes, who signed for the Red Devils in the same transfer window Young left Old Trafford.

Ashley Young played 64 minutes for Villa and was applauded by Manchester United fans as he was substituted.
Young formerly captained United and played 261 times for the Red Devils, scoring 19 goals.
He wrote on Instagram: “Not the result we wanted but fought until the end to get something out of the game💜💙
“Always special going back to OT, very thankful for the reception from the fans.”
Young left Manchester United in January 2020 to sign with Inter Milan, where he went on to help them win Serie A.
The former England international had previously helped Manchester United win the Premier League title in 2012/13, signing for the club in 2011 under Sir Alex Ferguson.
He also played a part in FA Cup, Europa League and EFL Cup successes for United, and after his spell in Italy, rejoined former club Aston Villa in 2021, where he continues to play a useful role under their new boss Unai Emery.
