Atletico Madrid veteran Antoine Griezmann was tasked with naming the five best footballers in history, before overlooking Cristiano Ronaldo and naming another Manchester United legend.
Antoine Griezmann, 34, was linked with a move to Manchester United many times throughout his career.
The former France international has thus far spent his entire professional career in Spain, having come through the ranks at Real Sociedad before also playing for Atletico Madrid and Barcelona.
Griezmann remains a key player under Diego Simeone at Atletico Madrid, making 10 appearances this season, and managing two goals.
The World Cup winner is seen as one of the top players from a previous generation of players that consists of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, with whom he competed in Spain for many years.

Inspired by popular streamer Ibai Llanos, Griezmann has taken part in a challenge to name his top five footballers of all-time.
All five of Griezmann’s selections played in Spain for either Barcelona or Real Madrid, including former United midfielder David Beckham.
Beckham is joined on the list by Johan Cruyff, Diego Maradona, Messi and Zinedine Zidane.
It is an incredible selection of players who entertained millions throughout their careers, but without former United star Ronaldo, it raises some big questions.
Ronaldo won the Ballon d’Or five times throughout his career after starring for United and Real Madrid over many years, and Wayne Rooney recently argued his former teammate may be the greatest of all-time, given he is still scoring goals at an alarming rate for Al Nassr and Portugal.
Beckham, who made the list ahead of Ronaldo, graduated from United’s academy and was part of the treble-winning side in 1999, before later being sold for £25m to Real Madrid when he joined the Galacticos.
In the same video, Griezmann’s teammate and former Man City star Julián Alvarez named Ronaldo in his top five. The other players that featured were Ronaldo Nazario, Di Stefano and Maradona.

Griezmann played against United four times in his career to date.
On the first two occasions, with Real Sociedad, he suffered his only defeat against the Red Devils.
The French forward registered an assist when Atletico Madrid beat United 1-0 in the second leg of a last-16 Champions League tie.
Even in the latter stages of Griezmann’s career, he’s still competing in Europe’s biggest competition.
