Manchester United striker Anthony Martial is on course to make his return to action this weekend against Newcastle.
Anthony Martial has not started a match for Manchester United since January and has not featured at all since early February.
Now he is on the verge of a return to action for the Red Devils.
Manchester United’s official website states: “Anthony Martial in line to be named in the matchday squad.”

Martial set to be in squad
There are no guarantees Martial will start, but this is a positive step in the right direction, just to have him in the matchday squad.
Martial has struggled with injuries all season. He returned to training before the international break, and United have been treading carefully.
With three games in seven days beginning with the Newcastle fixture, United may ease the Frenchman back into action.
Former Red Mickey Thomas told MUTV: “I’ll be delighted that is a massive boost,” upon learning the news on Martial.
Erik ten Hag will have to choose between Martial and Wout Weghorst. Weghorst has played more minutes than Martial this season, despite only joining in January.
Martial has actually scored three times as many goals in fewer minutes, six to Weghorst’s two.
Marcus Rashford on track
Marcus Rashford is on track to make his comeback after missing out on the England squad. Ten Hag has confirmed he is back in full training.
Erik ten Hag told a press conference: “I have good hope. He trained but he had to do some treatment, he had to do some individual training and, today, he joined in the group.
“I think we have one more day so I have good hope he’s available. I think so.”
