Manchester United striker Anthony Martial missed out on being part of the Carabao Cup final squad due to his ongoing injury issues.
The Frenchman has barely featured in 2023 after picking up fresh injuries, and while he is back training individually, he was not ready for the big game at Wembley.
Martial did make the trip to London, watching the game at Wembley from the stands, along with Brandon Williams.
He shared a picture on his Instagram story reel as the Red Devils lifted the trophy.

Martial poses with trophy
Anthony Martial joined his Manchester United teammates in the dressing room after the game.
He lifted the trophy, one he contributed to earlier in the competition.
Martial scored in United’s third round game against Aston Villa, along with the semi-final second leg against Nottingham Forest.
Martial says he ‘can’t wait to be back’ and he has a lot to prove when he does return. This start with simply showing he can stay fit.
There is no disputing Martial’s capability of scoring goals for United. He has netted regularly this season when he has been available. But that’s where the trouble has been.
Martial must demonstrate he can be relied upon. So far this season, he has shown the opposite.
